Paragliding is easy for a large range of people : we run a little bit in the take off and in the landing abd thats all ! The flight is very soft, you're as comfortable in a paragliding harness as you were on your chair. Watch the Landscape, enjoy this unusual point of view. The flight can go up following the climbing air ("ascentionnel" formula) and/or the Pilot can give you hot feelings (free Bonus).
Wear sport or mountain shoes, a warm polar jacket plus a wind-cutter jacket depending on the season.
Scared? Most of people that feel the vertigo in Mountain ou in high buildings don't feel sick when they flight with a paraglider ! For example : some paragliders pilots can't practice any rock-climbing !

You're a Paraglider pilot with your own insurance, you have a wing and you want to flight and discover the French south Alps flying sites under the skills of a professionnal instructor.
Jean-Christophe (certified instructor, SIV certified) can provide you the whole logistics (shuttle, weather analysis, radio advices) and help you to progress in your technical and pratical and theorical paragliding skills.
He also organises specific sessions: ground handing, piloting, thermical skills, cross country, or any other interess you may have.
For example, you are 2 people who have followed a paragliding initial stage and you think your flying progression now needs a personnal instructor who will build a specific program for you. You can get the services of a teacher for a few hours or days who will fit perfectly to your needs
